BProc, PG Dip (Tax) Attorney and Notary
André matriculated at Selborne College in East London during 1990. André commenced his studies at the now renamed Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and obtained the degree of BProc.
Thereafter, André commenced with his articles of clerkship at Bate Chubb & Dickson Inc. in East London and after relocating to Cape Town obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law from the University of Cape Town. André was admitted as an attorney to the High Court in 2000 and as Notary Public in 2002.
BBusSc LLB LLM (Tax) Attorney and Notary
Andreas matriculated at the German Private School in Windhoek, Namibia, in 1987. He obtained the degrees of Bachelor of Business Science (BBusSc) and Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Cape Town in 1993 and 1998 respectively.
He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2001, and he obtained the degree of Master of Law (LLM) in taxation from the University of South Africa in 2002. In 2003 Andreas was admitted as a notary. Andreas is fluent in German and he represents a number of German speaking clients from South Africa, Namibia, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Candidate Attorney
Chrysten matriculated from Reddam House Constantia in 2011. She obtained the degrees of Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in Psychology (BSocSci) and Postgraduate Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Cape Town in 2014 and 2017 respectively.
Chrysten joined the team at Springer – Nel in March 2019 as a second year Candidate Attorney.
Candidate Attorney
Having matriculated from Abbotts College in 2010, Kirsten worked in the hospitality industry whilst pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) through the University of South Africa, which she completed in 2018.
Kirsten joined the team at Springer ‑ Nel in January 2018, as a Candidate Attorney.
